Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a mid to senior-level project specialist for remote work across multiple states. The role focuses on coordinating project support teams, ensuring timely deliverables, and managing vendor contracts.

You will supervise staff, monitor timelines, and contribute to proposal development and grant writing while partnering with the PMO Manager to align with program objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with five (5) years progressively more responsible related work experience
• Strong understanding of a research study and its conduct and how project objectives contribute to the program area

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress
• Provide direct supervision including performance feedback and development activities
• Assist with development, monitoring, and tracking of project timelines and alert when tasks may be off track
• Coordinate internal and external meeting logistics and manage vendor contracts
• Support Project Manager with planning and delegation across functional teams
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and support
• Assist with contract development with funder and vendor/subcontractor contracts
• Verify and track non-personnel expenditures monthly against budget
• Develop and document project procedures and work instructions
• Serve as liaison between external collaborators and internal teams
• Contribute to proposal development and grant writing with content drafting and editing
• Own professional development activities with action planning
