Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years of progressively more responsible related work experience or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Demonstrated thorough understanding of a research study and its conduct, including technical requirements and how project objectives contribute to the program and organization.
• Demonstrated high accuracy, attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both formal and informal.
• Ability to adapt communication and/or presentation skills to the audience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and workload in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Insert any technical skills requirements
• Insert any industry or specialized experience, etc

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, including set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of the project support team.
• Provide direct supervision to project support team members and support/assist to ensure completion of work assignments; provide ongoing performance feedback and evaluations.
• Assist with development, monitoring, and tracking of project timelines and alert when a task may be off track.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings logistics and manage contracts with third-party vendors.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to meeting materials.
• Assist the Project Manager with planning and delegation of tasks across functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and vendor or subcontractor support.
• Support contract development with funder and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist planning with respect to grant/project requirements and budget tracking in the financial system.
