Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a dedicated Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee project support teams and partner with internal and external collaborators. You will supervise staff, monitor timelines, coordinate meetings, and help ensure grants and contracts align with funder requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with five years progressively responsible related work experience
• Strong understanding of research studies and their conduct
• High accuracy, attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Proven supervisory ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments with deadlines and interdependencies
• Supervise project support team members and provide training and evaluations
• Develop, monitor and track project timelines and milestones
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and manage vendor contracts
• Assist Project Manager with planning and delegation of tasks across teams
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and support
• Support contract development with funder and ensure compliance
• Verify and track non-personnel expenditures monthly
• Develop and document project procedures and work instructions
• Serve as liaison between external collaborators and internal teams
• Contribute to proposal development and grant writing
