Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a project support team in a remote, national setting. You will supervise staff, coordinate timelines, and assist with grant proposals while ensuring compliance with funder requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years progressively more responsible related work experience or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both formal and informal.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability and ability to prioritize in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments and monitor progress.
• Provide direct supervision and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist with development and tracking of project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate meetings logistics and vendor contract negotiations as needed.
• Support contract development with funder and ensure compliance with grant specifications.
• Oversee documentation of project procedures and financial tracking.
