Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a project support team and drive successful delivery of complex research initiatives. The role requires coordinating timelines, meeting logistics, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements.

You will supervise staff, manage interdependent tasks across teams, and support contract development, including proposals and grant writing. Remote work arrangements and broad geographic coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years progressively more responsible related work experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments and monitor progress
• Provide direct supervision to members of the project support team and ensure successful completion of work assignments
• Assist with development, monitoring, and tracking of project timelines and alert when a task may be off track
• Coordinate internal and external meetings logistics and manage vendor contracts
• Assist the Project Manager with overall management and support of project staff
• Identify opportunities for project efficiencies and support both project and team members
• Provide support for contract development with funder and ensure compliance
• Work with the Project Manager to understand contract/grant specifications and ensure compliance
• Contribute to proposal development and grant writing efforts
• Develop action plans for professional development
