Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s degree with five years of related work experience or equivalent.

• Excellent verbal and written communication suitable for diverse audiences.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and supervise others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments with deadlines and interdependencies.
• Provide direct supervision and performance feedback to team members.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, flag off-track tasks, and ensure deliverables.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and vendor contract negotiations.
• Assist PMO with planning, delegation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies and team support.
• Support contract development with funders and ensure grant compliance.
• Verify and track project expenditures in the financial system.
• Develop procedures and work instructions within the project team.
• Serve as liaison with external collaborators to meet timelines.
• Contribute to proposal writing and editing activities.
• Support professional development plans and task assignments by PM.
