Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee project support teams and ensure timely, compliant execution of research initiatives. This role includes planning, coordination across functions, and vendor management.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with five years of related experience, strong communication, and supervision skills. A remote work arrangement is available, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years progressively more responsible related work experience or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Demonstrated understanding of a research study and its conduct and how objectives contribute to program goals.
• High accuracy, discretion and confidentiality in work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments, deadlines, responsibilities and progress; coordinate with other groups.
• Provide direct supervision and development opportunities for the project support team.
• Develop and monitor project timelines; identify off-track tasks and alert the PMO.
• Coordinate meetings logistics and vendor contracts; some overnight travel may be required.
• Assist with planning, delegation and cross-functional task execution.
• Support contract development with funders and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and track expenditures in the financial system monthly.
• Contribute to project procedures, and liaise with external collaborators.
