Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, focusing initially on battery energy storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage purchase orders, and monitor work status using Salesforce, Coupa and Scoop.

You will ensure compliance with prevailing-wage rules, maintain audit-ready docs, and collaborate with project managers, field teams and ENGIE's legal/tax resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating construction, operations, maintenance or similar projects.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and related compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders and invoices.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint for record keeping.
• Able to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop or similar systems.
• Investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save documentation, and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoice issues.
