Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support the operation and maintenance of battery storage assets, coordinating preventive maintenance, field service, and procurement activities. You will work with service managers, technicians, vendors, and customers using Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop.

You will ensure compliance with prevailing-wage requirements, review documentation, and help resolve payment discrepancies while maintaining audit-ready records and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar projects.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa and track vendor activity and documentation issues.
