Job summary

Sales Match is seeking a Project Support Coordinator for a fully remote, desk-based role based in North Carolina. You will support the project delivery team by organizing plans, preparing meeting materials, and communicating upcoming deadlines without making project decisions.

The role requires 40 hours per week, with varying days and shifts, and a familiarity with Jira and basic Agile/Waterfall concepts to track tasks, milestones, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of project support or related admin experience.
• Familiarity with Jira including updates, comments, and milestones.
• Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Working knowledge of WBS and CPM for task relationships.
• Familiarity with PMO practices and change control processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication for notes, reminders and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Receive project requests, clarify outcomes, and route to PM for prioritization.
• Check requests for descriptions, owners, dates, dependencies; seek missing info.
• Maintain task boards in Jira with assignments, milestones, progress, and links.
• Coordinate meetings: check availability, circulate agendas, prepare task summaries, share details.
• Capture decisions and actions, assign owners and due dates, distribute notes.
• Follow up with owners before deadlines and highlight dependencies.
• Escalate missed milestones and questions to the PM, with status and needed decisions.
• Log changes and update plans after PM approval through change control.
• Prepare progress summaries and verify outstanding actions before final handoff.
