Sales Match is seeking a Program Coordination Specialist to support the program management team from a fully remote location. The role focuses on managing milestones, action items, and stakeholder updates, ensuring tasks move forward with clear ownership and timelines.

You will work with project leads, internal contributors, and participants, tracking requests from review to completion. The position requires a 40-hour weekly commitment, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication is required.
• Familiarity with project/task tracking and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming emails and program messages at shift start, sorting by milestone and urgency.
• Check requests for purpose, inputs, target date, and contact; request details as needed.
• Enter confirmed tasks in a project management tool (Asana) with ownership and status.
• Compare progress with the program plan and flag deadlines or conflicts.
• Arrange check-ins, prepare agendas, and share background information for decisions.
• Capture decisions and share updates through Slack to keep contributors aligned.
• Follow up on updates and clarify blockers without changing priorities.
• Escalate unresolved dependencies and delays with context to the program manager.
• Prepare progress summaries with milestones, actions, risks, and resource needs.
• Close completed tasks and organize items for handoff with quality checks.
