Job summary

Sales Match is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to manage client requests, track service tasks, and keep next steps visible for the team. This fully remote role is based in Arizona and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment.

Under an operations team lead, you will coordinate with client contacts, service delivery colleagues, and internal owners to resolve missing information and maintain progress across all requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in client operations or admin operations preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and PM systems including updating contacts and histories.
• Ability to verify instructions and seek missing details.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming client emails and request queues, organize items by urgency, owner, and next action.
• Check request details against client information and confirm requirements with client.
• Update client contacts and request histories in CRM (Dynamics 365).
• Organize service tasks in monday.com, assign owners, track dependencies, and maintain target dates.
• Coordinate handoffs between client contacts and service delivery, ensuring understanding of the request and next steps.
• Monitor open tasks, follow up with owners, flag delays affecting timelines.
• Send progress updates and adjust expectations with lead on priority changes.
• Escalate unresolved requests or conflicting instructions to operations lead with context.
• Confirm completed work and communicate outcomes to clients; close tasks after follow-up.
