ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of battery storage assets, coordinating preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional managers and technicians. You will use Salesforce, Coupa, and Scoop to track service records and resolve purchase and payment discrepancies.

You will also ensure prevailing-wage compliance, maintaining audit-ready documentation and coordinating with ENGIE’s legal and tax

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar projects.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint for record-keeping and status updates.
• Ability to work independently, apply sound judgment, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project managers, managers, contractors, vendors, customers, and legal/tax stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, or similar systems.
• Ability to investigate wage discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports and update Salesforce cases accordingly.
• Create and track purchase orders in Coupa, and resolve invoicing and documentation issues.
