PerkinElmer is seeking a Project Controls Senior Coordinator for Project Farma. This role removes administrative burden from Project and Regional Managers, handling PSA-based project setup, financial tracking, and reporting across multi-region engagements.

You will support proposals, invoicing, regional staffing, and client communications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in a fully remote, US-based team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of project coordination, project administration, or regional/administrative support.
• Experience supporting multiple managers or project teams across a distributed or multi-region structure.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain projects in PSA, including budgets, staffing plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Monitor timesheet entry, project financials, and utilization; flag discrepancies before billing.
• Maintain PSA reporting and dashboards for project status and regional performance.
• Prepare monthly client accruals with PMs and Finance; create draft invoices for PM review.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and track open action items.
• Maintain project documentation, deliverable tracking, and status reports.
• Support regional reporting, staffing coordination, and consolidated updates.
• Assist with proposal formatting, templates, and version control; track timelines.
