Job summary

PerkinElmer seeks a Project Controls Senior Coordinator for Project Farma to remove administrative burden from Project and Regional Managers. You will own end-to-end project/region administration using PSA as the record and assist with proposals and other tasks.

This is a billable, remote-friendly role across multiple US states. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in business or related field and 2+ years in project coordination, with proficiency in PSA tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or regional/administrative support, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or life sciences environment.
• Experience supporting multiple managers or project teams concurrently across a distributed or multi-region structure preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects within PSA, including budgets, staffing plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Monitor timesheet entry, financials, and utilization; flag discrepancies before billing or reporting.
• Maintain PSA reporting dashboards for project status, regional performance, and portfolio reviews.
• Train new Project Managers on PSA regional best practices.
• Prepare monthly client accruals with Project Managers and Finance.
• Create draft invoices for Project Manager review and client submission.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, and minutes; track action items to closure.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and client-ready materials.
