Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or regional/administrative support.
• Experience supporting multiple managers or project teams across a distributed or multi-region structure.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects within PSA, including budgets, staffing plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Monitor timesheet entry, project financials, and utilization data; flag discrepancies.
• Maintain PSA reporting and dashboards for project status and regional performance.
• Train new Project Managers on PSA best practices and regional standards.
• Prepare monthly client accruals and draft client invoices for review.
• Coordinate project meetings, minutes, and action items across multiple projects.
