Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or related field.
• 2+ years experience coordinating projects, administration, or regional support.
• Experience supporting multiple managers or teams across regions preferred.
• Familiarity with PSA, CRM, and common reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects in PSA; manage budgets, staffing, milestones.
• Monitor timesheets, financials, and utilization; flag discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly client accruals and draft client invoices.
• Coordinate project meetings, minutes, and action items.
• Prepare status reports and client-ready materials.
• Support regional reporting and onboarding of new managers.
• Backup Salesforce operations and contribute to proposals.
