Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Project Controls Senior Coordinator for Project Farma. This role focuses on removing administrative burden from Project and Regional Managers by owning PSA-based project setup, budgeting, milestones and timelines across multiple projects and regions.

You will manage timesheet approvals, prepare client accruals, and support invoices, dashboards, and regional staffing. Excellent organization and remote collaboration across states are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or regional/administrative support, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or life sciences environment.
• Experience supporting multiple managers or project teams concurrently across a distributed or multi‑region structure preferred

Responsibilities

• PSA Administration: set up and maintain projects, budgets, staffing plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Monitor timesheet entry, project financials, and utilization data; flag discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Maintain PSA reporting dashboards for project status and regional performance.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new Project Managers and consultants.
• Prepare monthly client accruals and draft invoices for Manager review.
• Regional Administration: track regional metrics and consolidate status updates.
