Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Project Accounting Coordinator II to support project billing from a remote location, preferably in Central or Eastern time zones. You will manage monthly invoicing, verify chargeable time, and collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate, timely billing while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and billing policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or commensurate relevant experience.
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in engineering/construction or services industry required.
• Proven track record with accounting systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly invoicing process and client communications.
• Set up new projects and monitor billings.
• Review and process invoices, including AIA forms and liens.
• Assist with client portals and vendor requests.
• Support annual audit preparation.
