Remote position preferred for Central/Eastern time zones, with responsibilities spanning set-up, vendor interactions, and close-out activities. Prior Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or commensurate relevant experience.
• 3+ years of accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage project invoicing and billing processes with timely client communication.
• Coordinate project set-up and monthly invoicing across projects.
• Assist with collections and cash application activities.
• Support year-end and audit activities as needed.
