Arrow ECS seeks a Project Associate to support leadership by coordinating projects and driving operational excellence. You will organize data, draft reports, and help teams work more efficiently across a global organization.

The role involves leading medium projects, managing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder sessions, with fully remote work and occasional travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or 1–3 years of related experience.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work under minimal guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with business meetings and follow-up.
• Collect, enter, and organize data to support research projects and draft inputs for reports.
• Lead medium size cross functional projects and manage timelines.
• Stakeholder management and open communication of issues.
