The Hired Guns is seeking a highly organized Associate Project Manager to support multiple projects in a fully remote environment. You’ll juggle timelines, meetings, deliverables, approvals, budgets, and reports while keeping stakeholders aligned and decisions documented.

We value a self-starter with strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to own projects from kickoff to completion. Eastern Time preference applies in a fast-paced, growth-focused agency setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant office or coordination experience.
• Experience juggling multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables.
• Agency, marketing, or other process-heavy environment experience with approvals and timelines.
• Strong organization and follow-through; you document it and ensure it gets done.
• Comfortable coordinating across teams and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira or similar.
• Ability to build presentations, reports and manage administrative pieces that keep projects moving.
