Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Global Partner Program Manager to design, launch, and govern a scalable partner program across regions. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, driving adoption, and ensuring measurable business impact.

You’ll report to senior leadership and work in a fully remote arrangement with opportunities to travel to Arrow offices as needed. A strong background in program management and analytics is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-ready updates and decision materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and govern a scalable global partner program.
• Translate objectives into plans, milestones, governance routines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across operations, marketing, IT, legal, sales, finance, and regional teams.
