The role emphasizes automating data workflows to free time for expanding customer bases, and improving global supply chain processes with AI-assisted methods.

You will partner with sales teams, manage data, and develop automation tools across global datasets, delivering enhanced reports and faster decision support.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macro development for data import/ consolidation.
• Experience automating manual processes and building tools used daily by others.
• Strong data management and reporting experience across multiple datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in global supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Meet with sales teams to review processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Manage and reconcile data across global datasets ensuring accuracy for reporting.
• Enhance internal and customer-facing reporting and communications.
• Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Excel VBA macros automating workflows.
• Develop
• Own the full lifecycle of automation tools from requirements to training and maintenance.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development and process design.
