Arrow Electronics is seeking a Project Associate to support a large business transformation within Arrow ECS' Services group. You will coordinate meetings, manage timelines, and organize data to back research and project outputs.

The role emphasizes leading medium-size projects, driving stakeholder communications, and creating process documents while assisting in staff training and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or 1–3 years of related experience.
• Self-starter attitude with ability to work under minimal guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with business meetings and follow-up.
• Collect, enter, and organize data to support research projects; perform basic analytic tasks.
• Lead medium-sized cross-functional projects & manage timelines and outcomes.
• Lead project calls; assign work and monitor progress.
• Conduct stakeholder management sessions and keep leadership informed of issues.
• Create project-related process documents.
• Assist in training staff on policies and procedures related to project outcomes.
