Job summary

Inizio Evoke is seeking an Associate Project Manager for a remote, EST-aligned role. You will support senior project managers, routing work, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating cross‑functional teams across creative, technology, strategy, and behavioral services.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with technology; proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat is expected.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role supporting senior project managers and above.
• Detail- and process-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and timelines while coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Help keep projects moving through routing work for review and approvals.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources and processes from concept to implementation.
• Work with creative, technology, strategy, account and behavioral services teams.
• Prepare submissions for client review and medical/legal review and manage documentation in Ziflow.
