Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Project Associate for its Arrow ECS Services group to support leaders by driving and coordinating projects through a large business transformation. You will collect and organize data, prepare materials for literature reviews and progress reports, and assist in training staff on policies and procedures related to project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred or 1-3 years of related experience.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work under minimal guidance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, OneNote)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with business meetings and follow-up.
  • Collect, enter, and organize data to support research projects and prepare inputs for reports and briefings.
