Job summary

The Boutique COO is seeking a self-starting virtual assistant to join our team and support clients remotely from the United States. This role starts at 20 hours per week with potential to grow to 40 hours as we scale, offering flexible, mostly weekday scheduling.

Compensation begins at $22/hour with opportunities for performance bonuses up to $10k annually and ongoing growth opportunities within the company.

• Experience in operations and administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for clients and ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform virtual assistant tasks: scheduling, emailing, lead conversion, research, data entry, and more.
• Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to changing priorities using company processes.
