Job summary

Land Gorilla Inc is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to manage remote progress inspections, generate comprehensive reports, and perform quality control on reports from both self-generated and independent inspectors. The role ensures adherence to standards, client agreements, and SLA targets.

Location-based candidate must reside in CA, OR, WA, AZ, ID, TX, VA, FL, NC with a schedule including Saturdays and Sundays. Benefits include health, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent understanding of construction stages, trades, and terminology; ability to articulate observations in written reports.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections via video calls and guides stakeholders through the process.
• Creates detailed inspection reports from remote observations.
• Performs quality control reviews of all progress inspection reports for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Ensures reports meet SLA and quality targets.
• Maintains and improves quality control documentation; identifies opportunities for process improvement.
