Job summary

LAND Gorilla Inc. is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist responsible for administering remote progress inspections using video calls and for ensuring the quality and completeness of inspection reports.

The role includes QC reviews of reports submitted by independent inspection companies and collaboration with stakeholders to maintain high standards and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Familiar with quality control principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of construction stages, trades, and terminology; able to articulate observations in reports.
• Proficient with software that reviews digital documents, video, and images; good at generating clear written reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience providing customer service to business clients, guiding them through remote inspections; strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections via video calls, guiding stakeholders and ensuring comprehensive visual documentation.
• Creates detailed inspection reports based on remote observations.
• Performs QC reviews of all progress inspection reports for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Ensures reports meet SLA and quality targets.
• Communicates status and quality of reports to stakeholders; handles escalations as needed.
• Keeps QC documentation up to date and identifies process improvements.
