Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a Program Manager to support volunteer workforce engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This is a fully remote role that can be located anywhere in the USA, focusing on relationship management and operational support.

You will help departments identify workforce needs, develop recruitment approaches, navigate volunteer systems, and provide guidance on policies while building strong partnerships and delivering timely reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create presentations and develop training modules.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to train and present.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with program managers, department stakeholders, and volunteers.
• Identify workforce needs and determine volunteer engagement and recruitment strategies.
• Support recruitment plans, promote opportunities, and navigate volunteer processes.
• Pull, analyze, and interpret volunteer workforce data to support decisions.
