Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a professional Program Manager to join the Department Relationship Success team. This fully remote role supports volunteer engagement across SAF, ISD and Corporate departments, serving as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio and collaborating with program managers, stakeholders and volunteer services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication, training and presentations; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with program managers, stakeholders, and volunteer leaders.
• Consult with departments to identify workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
• Support recruitment plans, opportunities, and volunteer workforce processes.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, briefings, and updates for stakeholders.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and leadership updates; monitor engagement metrics.
