Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a professional Program Manager to join the Department Relationship Success team in a fully remote role across SAF, ISD and Corporate Departments. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio, partnering with program managers and stakeholders to engage volunteers in support of mission objectives.

As a trusted advisor, you will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, reporting, and workforce analytics while shaping strategies to improve

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and training development.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication.
• Travel: 2-3 in-person meetings per year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with program managers, department stakeholders, and Volunteer Services teams.
• Consult with departments to identify workforce needs and determine volunteer engagement strategies.
• Support recruitment plans, opportunities, and volunteer workforce processes.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, and stakeholder updates.
• Pull, analyze, and interpret volunteer workforce data to support decision-making.
• Develop reports and leadership updates for stakeholders.
