Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a remote Program Manager to support volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. You will manage relationships with program managers, promote volunteer opportunities, and coordinate recruitment activities to meet mission objectives.

You will provide consultation, coordination, and operational support, developing reports and dashboards while navigating volunteer systems. Travel is minimal, with 2-3 in-person meetings per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create presentations and developed training modules.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop project plans, budgets, and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with program managers and stakeholders.
• Identify workforce needs and recruitment strategies for volunteers.
• Support recruitment plans and navigation of volunteer processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Monitor workforce trends and engagement metrics across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities.
