Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a professional Program Manager to support volunteer workforce engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This remote role coordinates with program managers, stakeholders, and Volunteer Services to align staffing with mission goals.

You will develop reports, dashboards, and training materials, manage recruitment workflows, and ensure effective volunteer utilization. Travel is minimal, and compensation reflects experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create presentations and develop training modules.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with program managers, stakeholders, and Volunteer Services teams.
• Identify workforce needs and determine appropriate volunteer engagement and recruitment strategies.
• Support recruitment plans, promote opportunities, and navigate volunteer processes.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, briefings, and stakeholder updates.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and leadership updates and monitor engagement metrics.
