Job summary

American Red Cross seeks a Program Manager to support volunteer workforce engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments. This is a fully remote role with minimal travel, serving as the primary liaison to engage volunteers and drive the mission.

You will develop recruitment plans, coordinate onboarding, and provide data-driven reports to leadership while collaborating with program managers and department stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience required.
• Excellent communication and training presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Partner with program managers and stakeholders to engage volunteers.
• Identify workforce needs and develop recruitment approaches.
• Navigate volunteer systems and onboarding activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Monitor workforce trends and engagement metrics.
