Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to support volunteer engagement across SAF/ISD and Corporate departments. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA.

Responsibilities include relationship management, recruitment planning, onboarding support, and developing reports and dashboards for leadership updates. You will collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to optimize volunteer utilization and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of SAF/ISD and Corporate Departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with program managers, department stakeholders, Volunteer Services teams, volunteer leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Consult with departments to identify workforce needs and determine appropriate volunteer engagement and recruitment strategies.
• Support departments in implementing recruitment plans, promoting opportunities, and navigating volunteer workforce processes.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, briefings, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, briefing materials, and leadership updates.
• Monitor workforce trends, volunteer vacancies, recruitment activity, and engagement metrics.
