Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale Print and Mail Operations transformation. The role oversees transitioning high-volume print and mail to a strategic third‑party vendor while maintaining customer service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

You will manage vendor performance, onboarding, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Operations Leadership, or Delivery Management.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations, outsourcing, or vendor transitions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of print and mail operations to a strategic third-party vendor.
• Develop and execute a transition roadmap with timelines, milestones, and risk management.
• Coordinate facility shutdown activities with minimal disruption to customers and business ops.
• Capture institutional knowledge from retiring staff and SMEs.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting across the program.
• Drive cross-functional coordination among Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
