The position involves vendor onboarding, risk management, and governance across stakeholders, with responsibilities for ongoing performance and digital transformation to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management or Delivery Management.
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformations or vendor transitions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of production operations and governance.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of print and mail operations to a strategic third-party vendor.
• Develop and execute a transition roadmap with timelines and risk management.
• Coordinate facility shutdowns with minimal disruption.
• Establish governance and executive reporting across the program lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional coordination among Operations, Technology, Product, and Compliance.
• Manage vendor performance against SLAs, quality targets, and schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer communications from core banking systems.
• Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
