Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Print and Mail Operations transformation. The role oversees transitioning high-volume print and mail from internal facilities to a strategic third-party vendor while upholding customer service and regulatory compliance.

The position is full-time and remote, with a salary in the $160,000-$180,000 per year range. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders to

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management or Delivery Management.
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformations.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service delivery.
• Strong governance and executive reporting.
• Preferred: banking/financial services or regulated industries.
• Preferred: familiarity with core banking or transaction processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of print and mail operations to a strategic third-party vendor.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive transition roadmap with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate facility shutdown activities with minimal disruption to customers.
• Capture institutional knowledge from retiring team members and SMEs.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting across the program.
• Drive cross-functional coordination among Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
• Manage vendor performance against SLAs, quality targets, and production schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer communications from core banking systems.
• Lead operational reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the voice of the customer and operations in strategic decisions.
