Eliassen Group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large-scale Print and Mail Operations transformation. You will oversee the migration of print and mail to a strategic third-party vendor while preserving customer service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

You will develop the transition roadmap, manage onboarding and governance, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, and Customer Experience to deliver digital

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management, Project Management, or Delivery Leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations and outsourcing initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in vendor onboarding and governance is preferred.
• Banking/financial services or regulated industries exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of print and mail operations to a strategic third-party vendor.
• Develop and execute a transition roadmap with milestones and risk management.
• Coordinate facility shutdown activities with minimal disruption.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Operations, Tech, Product, Compliance, and CX.
• Manage vendor performance against SLAs and quality targets.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer communications generated from core banking systems.
