Eliassen Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead a national print and mail operations transformation, transitioning from internal facilities to a strategic third-party vendor while preserving customer service and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee vendor onboarding, transition roadmaps, and governance, while managing ongoing vendor performance and digital transformation to reduce print dependency and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Operations Leadership, or Delivery Management.
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformations or vendor transitions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service delivery organizations.
• Preferred: banking/financial services or regulated industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of print and mail operations to a strategic third-party vendor.
• Develop and execute a transition roadmap with timelines, milestones, and risk management.
• Coordinate facility shutdown activities with minimal disruption to customers and business operations.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting across the program lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional coordination among Operations, Technology, Product, Compliance, Customer Experience, and Vendors.
