ClimateWorks Foundation is seeking a fully remote Program Manager for the Global Energy Transition Initiative. You will report to the Head of PMU and collaborate with regional leads, the Solar Industry Associations team, and funders to advance clean energy projects worldwide.

Responsibilities include managing workplans, grant processing, and coordinating global and regional convenings. Strong organizational skills, stakeholder engagement, and experience in multi-regional programs are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management of the Solar Industry Association Initiative workplan with cross-regional coordination.
• Support grant processing, compliance, and grantee engagement.
• Oversee timely delivery of outputs and update timelines and calendars.
• Provide weekly portfolio updates to the core team and funders.
• Coordinate briefings and events with the GETI leadership and Associate Director.
