Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong written/verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and deliver rebate program projects to scope, schedule, and quality.
• Develop work plans with milestones and deadlines; track progress.
• Monitor rebate application queues and ensure timely processing.
• Escalate issues to senior staff as needed.
• Prepare invoicing and monthly reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track progress and report status to leadership and clients.
• Support financial tracking to align with billing milestones.
• Clarify program requirements and resolve inquiries per guidelines.
• Develop analyses on program performance and market trends.
• Conduct QA checks to ensure compliance with guidelines.
