Job summary

United Planet, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development, coordination, and implementation of its global programs with a focus on groups.

You will supervise a small team and drive partner development, budgeting, and safety protocols across international and virtual offerings. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in international development or nonprofit programs, with a proven ability to translate mission into structured, high-impact programs and mentor

Qualifications

Deep passion for United Planet’s mission and SDGs.
Experience designing/evaluating international or virtual exchange programs.
Experience managing international partner relationships and risk management.
Ability to implement SOPs and lead a growing team.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a cohesive international and virtual program strategy.
Oversee program design, curriculum alignment with mission and SDGs.
Identify opportunities for growth and optimize program offerings.
