You will supervise a small team and drive partner development, budgeting, and safety protocols across international and virtual offerings. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in international development or nonprofit programs, with a proven ability to translate mission into structured, high-impact programs and mentor

Qualifications

• Deep passion for United Planet’s mission and SDGs.
• Experience designing/evaluating international or virtual exchange programs.
• Experience managing international partner relationships and risk management.
• Ability to implement SOPs and lead a growing team.
