Job summary

Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Manager I for remote US to lead day-to-day execution of energy efficiency and sustainability programs for utility clients. You will coordinate rebate processing, manage schedules, and ensure accurate reporting and high-quality deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in a related field.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including ability to present to clients and teams.
• Foundational technical writing skills for project documentation and status updates.
• Proficient in creating reports, trackers, and presentations using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and deliver rebate program projects to scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Develop work plans, milestones, and interim deadlines; track progress and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Monitor rebate application queues for accurate processing and reporting.
• Escalate issues to Senior PMs or Directors as appropriate.
• Prepare invoicing and monthly reporting activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate project status to leadership and clients.
• Support financial tracking to align with billing milestones.
• Clarify program requirements and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Develop analyses related to program performance and industry trends.
• Conduct QA checks to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Conduct market research on energy efficiency technologies.
