Job summary

Transglobal Services LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support coordination and management of projects ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes. The role requires strong organizational and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and subcontractors, reviewing documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring regulatory compliance across renewable energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of land surveying experience, with at least 1 year in project management.
• Experience in utility-scale renewable energy sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support from inception to completion under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and prepare project documentation, including plans, reports, budgets, and timekeeping records.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays as they arise.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of essential documentation, including permits, environmental assessments, and right-of-way agreements.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and present project status updates and reports to senior management.
• Effectively and efficiently perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
