Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong interest in climate, energy, environment or health policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate meetings, capture actions, and align stakeholders on objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and key metrics, report risks, and help resolve issues.
• Support budgeting and expense tracking and maintain project documentation.
• Improve PM tools, templates, and workflows for efficiency.
• Act as a proactive, self-starting team member in a remote setting.
