Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Manager I to drive day-to-day project coordination for energy efficiency programs. You will manage schedules, rebate processing, reporting, and invoicing while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional work experience in project coordination, consulting support, program administration, or related role.
• Experience coordinating with internal team members and external stakeholders to gather information and support deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting or meetings.
• Foundational technical writing skills for project documentation and status updates.
• Ability to follow project plans, track milestones, and escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and deliver rebate program projects to scope, schedule, and quality.
• Develop work plans, set milestones, track progress, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor rebate application queues for accurate processing.
• Escalate challenges and risks to senior staff as appropriate.
• Prepare invoicing and monthly reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Track progress and communicate status to leadership and clients.
• Support financial tracking to align with billing milestones.
• Clarify requirements and resolve inquiries per program guidelines.
• Develop analyses related to program performance and industry trends.
• Conduct QA checks and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Perform market research on energy efficiency technologies.
