• 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience
• 3–5 years in customer advocacy, reviews management, or analyst relations
• Experience managing Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and TrustRadius
• Excellent organizational skills across a complex cross-functional environment
• Strong data, metrics, and target-setting capabilities
• Familiarity with AEO/GEO concepts and reference management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer review strategy across Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and G2.
• Own the customer review calendar aligning with product categories and analyst cycles.
• Prioritize AEO/GEO visibility to maximize AI citations and marketing narratives.
• Manage Zoom's presence on all review platforms and track metrics.
• Support analyst evaluations with high-quality customer references.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Content, IM, Social, and Digital teams.
• Partner with vendors to shift relationships to a strategic content engine.
• Surface growth opportunities by integrating reviews into internal AI search tools.
